Kevin Tate, Director
Kevin has 30 years experience of electronic and IT systems, working for well known companies such as Smiths Industries and Compaq Computers. He founded HAUS Home Technology specifically to fulfil the need of the construction industry to integrate technology into modern homes. Kevin is responsible for all aspects of customer facing activities such as design, installation and support.

Rod Pesch, Director
Rod has worked in the oil and petrochemicals industry for over 35 years and has been responsible for managing many large projects with a customer focus. Rod is responsible for managing all aspects of governance and statutory obligations.

Tim Dyer, Associate Project Manager
Tim has an extensive technical background in commercial and residential Audio Visual systems. Tim is a co founder of one of the country’s fastest growing professional podcasting companies POD3.TV His responsibilities at HAUS include managing large or complex projects from inception through to completion.

Chris Melvin, Associate Designer
Chris has extensive experience of designing and delivering complex solutions based on Crestron and Lutron systems. His responsibilities at HAUS include working with clients to specify and design the right solution, prepare all of the required drawings and documentation, then to oversee the installation and commissioning.

Ross Wainwright, Associate Installation
Engineer Ross has many years experience of installing and commissioning the systems Chris has designed. At HAUS, Ross is responsible for the delivery of on-site services from installation through to commissioning and customer handover.
